June 5th, 2015 - by Caduceus Healthcare, Inc. | Share on:
The Centers for Disease Control in Atlanta, GA awarded the 8(a) contractor Caduceus Healthcare, Inc. a $1,253,064.40 contract for public health advisement support on the 5th of June. The project is scheduled to begin July 6th and conclude in December of 2016 with a couple modifications.
Caduceus was able to achieve the award through a definitive contract -- holding an estimated value of a little over $3.6 million. This marks a recent, continuous push for the small Georgia based firm to work with the CDC, with the Defense Health Agency and the VA being more common customers.
Carlos Lopez of the firm says, "We are very pleased to branch into CDC work as the contracts are typically very large and prominent, bringing a lot of prestige to Caduceus."
