Vesa Health & Technology was recently awarded a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside contract to provide 15 Sterile Supply Technicians for the North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System. These certified Sterile Supply Technicians will be performing decontamination and sterilization of reusable medical equipment and clinical /dental/surgical instrumentation and endoscopes at the following locations: Malcolm Randall VA Medical Center (shown above), Lake City VA Medical Center, Tallahassee Outpatient Clinic, Jacksonville Outpatient Clinic and the Villages VA Outpatient Clinics. The North Florida/South Georgia Health Systems provides the Sterile Supply Technician services as part of its care for eligible veteran beneficiaries. The period of performance for this contract was for one year plus 4 Options Years. The base year amount of the award was just under a million dollars.
