Strategic Value Solutions, Inc. Gains Project from the Department of State

August 7th, 2015 - by Strategic Value Solutions, Inc. | Share on:

The Bureau of Overseas Building Operations in Independence, MO awarded the small business contractor Strategic Value Solutions, Inc. a $202,481.00 contract for value engineering services on the 7th of August. The project is scheduled to begin immediately and conclude in August of 2020 with several modifications.

Strategic Value Solutions was able to achieve the contract award through an indefinite contract, first awarded in January of 2012 -- holding an estimated value of around $5 million. This marks the first major job that the small Missouri based firm has worked with the Department of State, working mainly with the Department of Defense in the past.

The project is for a large value survey study.

Korene Robinson of the firm says, "We are very excited to be working on the project. This brings a lot of prestige to our company and much needed revenues. Working with the government can be a competitive process, but we feel it will be well worth it. While we focus on Defense jobs typically, it's an interesting long-term project."
