The San Dimas Tech and Development Center of the Forest Service out of Hampton, VA awarded the industrial supply contract Chase Supply, Inc. a $183,965.49 delivery order on the 29th of July. The order for coriolis meters should be fulfilled by early September.
Chase Supply has been gaining these purchase orders through an indefinite contract first awarded on May 24th, 2011 -- estimated to be worth over $350,000 but has already well-exceeded this value. The coriolis meters are being used to measure flow of several of the Forest Service's pump systems.
Chase Supply vice president David Weeda remarked, "Chase Supply, while founded in 2000, draws its origins directly from The Fielding Co-Technical sales/rep firm founded by Chase Fielding in 1968. Chase Supply took on a much broader business base approach, yet maintaining the experience gained as technical sales agents. We have a deep understanding of the intricate business development process involved in dealing with the federal government."
