If you have a need for Cost per Copy Managed print services, you can now use the SEWP V contract and its many benefits including pre-negotiated pricing, lowest surcharge (0.39%- almost half of GSA) and fastest turnaround for procuring managed print services, including copiers, maintenance, supplies, scanners and support.

SEWP V is a Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) consisting of 145 prime contract holders, including 119 small businesses. The SEWP V contract offers a wide selection of commercial advanced technology. Through SEWP V, Agencies are able to find the technology that fits their needs while taking advantage of pre-negotiated pricing terms and conditions.

Typically agencies have to find vendors, ask for proposals and go through a lengthy procurement process when looking to refresh their copier fleet. SEWP V makes this process simple, less expensive and provides a very fast turnaround for fulfillment. CTI can now complete this process in a very expedient manner.
