Crossville, TN - June 2016, ARCS Aviation announced an agreement with NavCon Aerospace to develop computer and web-based training. ARCS Aviation will provide NavCon with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who will develop and implement training programs that allow commercial airlines to eliminate in-class paper based instruction. This web-based format will be used for initial, transition and recurrent training of aviation personnel.

Through this agreement, ARCS will provide SMEs with extensive knowledge in the aviation industry. This group will consist of flight instructors and experienced pilots, from both Boeing and Airbus aircraft, flight attendants, dispatchers, maintenance personnel, and aviation technical writers.
