The Maryland-based, woman-owned CTI, through the GPO, was awarded a BPA to provide Managed Print with its associated Hardware and Software to The Department of Commerce. CTI provides Copiers, "Follow me Print" Software, supplies and maintenance for all agencies and bureaus under its umbrella. A key component to this contract is the ability to have users securely authenticate into their print devices. This solution has saved the Federal Government about 20% in paper. CTI also implemented monitoring software to capture usage and alerts on the MFP's.
