Donna Graige, President and Owner of T & T Solutions, retired from GSA in January 2008. She immediately started a small woman-owned business, T & T Solutions, to facilitate working as an independent contractor to provide travel and transportation training and consulting services for the Federal Government and the private sector.

Prior to 2012 GSA issued task orders to individual instructors for teaching its worldwide travel and transportation courses. Donna taught classes and developed training material and PowerPoint presentations for GSA as an independent contractor from 2008 until 2012. In 2012 GSA issued a Request for Offers (RFQ) to award a contract for providing the GSA Travel and Transportation training. T & T Solutions submitted a quote and was awarded the training contract in 2012; the contract expired July, 2017.

T & T Solutions retained the instructors that had been teaching for GSA. They are highly respected leaders in the industry. They possess in-depth working knowledge of travel and transportation laws, regulations, policies and procedures. Their expertise has been gained by many years of hands on experience as employees, instructors, consultants, and contractors for the Federal Government and private industry.

T & T Solutions currently provides standard and customized FTR and JTR training for both Federal Civilian agencies and the Department of Defense. Our expert instructors provide comprehensive classes using lectures, examples, case studies, exercises, and class room discussions. Our manuals are kept up-to-date and provide an invaluable resource for our students.
