PathFinder Digital awarded contract by prime contractor General Dynamics Mission Systems for upgrades and resets to BAT-750 satellite terminal systems integral to the US ARMY PM PROPHET program. PathFinder Digital's BAT-750 is a fly-away and/or vehicle mount satellite communications terminal operating in Ku band. Upgrades include integration of a new antenna control unit and modem, installation of EMI filters, and installation of a kit to reduce vibration of the antenna while operated on military MATVs in harsh terrain. Resets of the terminal to "like new" condition are also part of the scope of work.
"PathFinder Digital began supplying its .75M and 1.2M BAT terminals to the PM Prophet program back in 2010. We are very pleased to see these terminals still in operation and being up-fitted for their next round of service to the US ARMY" says CEO Roger McGarrahan.
