The Challenge:
A long lasting, 20-year system was required to stop all rust and corrosion and to prevent any future deterioration or leaks. The coating system had to seal out the sub-tropical weather attacks from salt-sea spray, monsoons, typhoons and ultra violet rays. In addition, it had to level the surface to prevent standing water and bridge the widening gaps between roofing seams.

Step 1 - Broom sweep the loose debris

Step 2 - Apply Emulsion to level the low spots

Step 3 - Apply R.I.P.™ Rust Inhibiting Primer on areas affected by corrosion

Step 4 - Spray MPE Multi-Purpose Encapsulant™, over all areas to tack surface and lock down dust

Step 5 - Spray RoofCoat™ over the entire roof
