Robert and Company has won an IDIQ contract N39430-15-D-1680 for Petroleum, Oil, and Lubricant (POL) Services Worldwide delivered by the Naval Facilities Engineering Command, EXWC Port Hueneme, CA.

Typical work under this contract will include preparation of Design-Build RFPs, preparation of reports, evaluations, and studies of fuel facilities, American Petroleum Institute (API) inspection and testing of tanks, pipelines, pumps, and other fuel equipments, spill management, preparation of cost estimates, post construction award services, and POL related support services.
