Robert and Company has won an IDIQ contract W9128A-17-R-0004 for Petroleum, Oil, and Lubricant delivered by the US Army Corps of Engineers, Honolulu District. This contract AOR includes Hawaii, Guam, American Somoa, Republic of Palau, Federated States of Micronesia, The Republic of the Marshall Islands, Japan, Korea, and Alaska.

Typical work under this contract will include new MILCON and SRM upgrades and repairs to fuel storage complexes both bulk and operating storage, aircraft fueling facilities, fuel distribution systems, fuel tank farm design, Type III hydrant fueling systems, truck off-loading and truck fillstand, base-wide fuel transfer pipelines, POL operations building, vehicle maintenance facilities, fuel labs, and technical support facilities, all complete with supporting infrastructure.
