HUD Engages Federated IT, Inc. in 365 Cloud Migration

Federated IT's contract with the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has had lots of exciting changes. The Federated IT and Microsoft team completed a major active mail migration project,moving over 12,900 active mailboxes into Office 365, in addition to moving all the associated archive mail data. This point signifies a major milestone in the project and keeps it moving forward as the HUD enterprise is moved to the Cloud.
Mr. Mark Hayes HUD CTO has openly acknowledged how Federated IT consistently went above and beyond to help ensure a smooth transition, providing superior support at all levels of the HUD agency - to include the HUD Secretary. Federated IT provided quick resolution for over 1,100 tickets in just three months. Federated IT's efforts are now in the Operations and Maintenance phase, and HUD has enjoyed material efficiencies in manpower support requirements.
